Health Tip: Exercise to Help Ease Stress

One of the many great reasons to get regular exercise is that it helps keep stress under control.
The American Council on Exercise mentions these exercise tips:
- Don’t exercise in your office or your employer’s fitness center. Instead, travel away from work to take your mind off your job.
- Consider working out in a group if you work by yourself.
- Every 90 minutes, take a short break to take a walk or climb the stairs.
